Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis. You authorize automatic payments for subscription services. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at least ten (10) days before the next billing cycle.

Section 7 – Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling fees may apply to physical product orders. We will use reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within a reasonable time. PrimeIQ Labs is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Product and service descriptions and prices on the Website are subject to change. PrimeIQ Labs does not warrant that descriptions are accurate or error-free. All sales are final except as provided in our refund policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold PrimeIQ Labs harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

PrimeIQ Labs is not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from the Website.

Section 20 – Termination

PrimeIQ Labs may terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Sections 11, 13, 15-20, and 24-32 will survive termination.

PrimeIQ Labs’ failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right.

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Any excluded claims will be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

Section 23 – Force Majeure

PrimeIQ Labs is not liable for delays or failures caused by forces beyond our control.

PrimeIQ Labs may assign its rights under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
